I created The Love Reset, because I wasn’t always someone who understood what healthy love looked like.
For years, I chased people who weren’t emotionally available.
I avoided deeper connection with those who wanted it.
I felt confused, unchosen, and stuck in cycles I desperately wanted to escape.
I did everything—the coaching, the self-help books, the workshops—because all I wanted was deep, fulfilling love.
But nothing changed until I learned how to heal my inner love wound and rewire the patterns I didn’t even realize were running my life.
Today, I have a thriving, deeply connected romantic relationship.
But more importantly… I’m genuinely happy with who I am.
I built self-worth, self-love, and inner security. This was the foundation that shifted everything in all of my relationships. Especially my romantic ones.
Now, I want to help you get there faster than I did and in a more embodied way.

This program is the result of my background in psychology, my obsession with understanding the brain and human behavior, and my deep love for healing the heart. The introductory call is the evening before the program begins, on February 2nd, with a kick-off call on February 1st. The 5-week program then runs from February 2nd to March 13th, with content access available until March 27th, 2026.

All Q&A and office hours sessions will be recorded and shared with you. You can watch the replay at any time during the program period. Additionally, you’ll be able to ask any questions in the group chat, and those will be answered during the live Q & A.

This is designed to be an intimate container, so the group is kept intentionally small to ensure personal support, connection, and space for your questions. The maximum amount of participants will be 11.
